Doak advises clients on a broad range of matters related to energy and natural resource law. He represents exploration and production companies in matters relating to all aspects of their upstream and midstream operations. He also represents clients on various regulatory matters before the Railroad Commission of Texas. Additionally, he advises clients on entity formation and day-to-day business operations.

Prior to joining private practice, Doak worked at Brigham Resources Operating, LLC and ATX Energy Partners, LLC
